The system structure includes a lightweight substrate layer topped with the SemperGreen Sedum mix mat, ensuring healthy growth and longevity for the plants.
Non-compacting soil 0-10°
When using the SemperGreen Sedum mix mat on non-compacting soils, like clay, it’s necessary to add a drainage layer to the system. This extra layer ensures excess water drainage, helping maintain plant greenery and health year-round.
Slope 10-45°
For slopes, such as embankments, parks, and roundabouts, our pre-grown ground cover system is ideal. The SemperGreen Sedum mix mat can be applied directly to any sloped surface, with anchor pins recommended to secure the mats firmly in place.
